Stone & Lea’s Salted Caramel Fudge Sauce is handmade in small batches using traditional caramel making techniques, made on 100% all Australian ingredients, including natural sea salt flakes from the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, it is a real indulgence for any special occasion, however we won’t judge if you just eat it straight from the jar with a spoon! We have called it a fudge sauce as it has a thick set consistency once refrigerated, however can be left out of the fridge for a while to soften, or placed in the microwave to return it to a more runny sauce.
