Stone & Lea’s Pineapple Relish is handmade using the ripest Pineapples sourced from various farms throughout Queensland when Pineapples are at their absolute best! Blended together with onions, hint of ginger, garlic and red chilli for colour, we slow cook the relish over a number of hours to create the rich sweet flavour that shows off the intensity of the pineapple. We only make Pineapple Relish a few times a year so be sure to stock up and get a jar especially before the festive season as its perfect with your Christmas Ham!
