Stone & Lea's Grapefruit Marmalade is uniquely handmade using Australian grown Grapefruits of the pink, ruby red and marsh types, packed full of rind, thinly sliced and slow cooked until soft. With just two ingredients, it is made with love, hand peeled and sliced rind, including individually segmenting each grapefruit by hand only with a knife. By using this traditional technique we have satisfied lots of traditional Marmalade lovers, with the Grapefruit Marmalade being our most tangy and tart tasting Marmalade.
